DK Customs External Breather System Question

I just received my DK Customs EBS with catch can and was tearing apart my 2011 Tri Glide last night to install it but stopped before completing as I had a question: What do I use or how to for that matter, to plug the 2 holes in back of the air filter element housing that were used in the original pressure tubes from the MoCo. My understanding is that these need to be covered or plugged before installing the paper filter element housing. I was concerned not using the right fix and having them fall out during a ride and I do not want to use anything like JB Weld

Thanks!

John

I watched a video on youtube that a guy did his from DK and he used a 5/16" rubber grommet, not sure if this work on yours or not, his was a newer bike, I believe it was a 2018, just a thought.

All for now Trampas

I personally use RTV/silicone to plug the hole, with the nipple on the outside being larger than the hole to keep it from slipping into the intake.
