I agree on that one, Zook! Nothing like having the kids home laughing and teasing and sharing. Love to sit back and soak it all in.......while I snuggle the new grandbaby!!!

My family always come over Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. That is all I really need. As far as anything else that I want I always have to wait until the end of the month. Looking forward to next week-end.

Got to share this christmas eve, I rang and spoke to my 4yr old grandson Eamon as he still had,nt yet seen the trike, due to being out when I had dropped in on it. I said I have a new trike Eamon and I'm coming down to take you and emily for a ride, he said Grandpa is your trike as hard to pedal as my new one.......... well when I stopped laughing that made my christmas, my greatest gift alway is my expanding family.

I got almost everything I wanted for Christmas. I keep asking for a grandbaby but no one is listening. With 5 kids ages 21-34 you'd think I'd have my wish by now. Maybe next year???

This year both of our schedules and the weather were favorable to allow us to go to Minnesota and spend Christmas with family for the first time in 17 years.

The best Christmas present.

One Christmas present came in November. After treatment and 2 years of progress tests for prostate cancer my specialist doctor said that I no longer need to visit her. Progress was great and tests show I am as close to normal as I am going to get.( Friends will debate that point ) With no sword hanging over my head everything about Christmas was sweeter.
Madame and I got ourselves a trailer to tow behind the trike.
11 of 15 grandkids visited on Christmas day, 3 more over the next few days with one in the army,posted in Darwin. So he couldn't make it.
As good as it could be,missing one boy.
