damaged oil cooler

My solution to has been to buy the Jagg 10 row and invert it up on the crash bar to get a clean un-obstructed air flow to the cooler between the forks (i used 1" conduit clams) I have also left the stock cooler in place and run them in series witch help out with the oil temps in summer, In cooler months I made a thin aluminum cover that fits between the stock cooler and stock cover. I have also added a neoprene front fender mud flap that extends down about 2" from the skirt

How about some pictures.

if you have removed the lowers( to allow more airflow to the engine) just add a jagg universal oil cooler in the left crash bar area. its measurements are 8 1/2"x6 1/4".
i believe these are superior to the ones harley has on their bikes. their well made and the oil swirls as it goes thru the fins. i'm very happy with the one i put on my '09 tri-glide.at the oil cooler male ends i used
