CSC Viper and Escapade Excel trailer tailights

I have a 2022 CSC Viper on a 2009 Goldwing and a 2022 Escapade Excel trailer. I would like to replace the taillights. They look the same and I wonder if they are off of any type of vehicle or are they specific to CSC.

They are a CSC specific part.
