There is a servo-motor located on the upper right of the motor, behind the a/c compressor. Mine went out, it is not a Ford part, so it had to come from Texas. It is an expensive, $430, part but under warranty. Turns out the O ring on the input cable split, allowing the motor to get wet and short out. The servo does not ship with an O ring, so if you replace one either order an O ring at the order time or be prepared to hit the parts store for a replacement.
