Power Vision is the only way to go.
Don't know what a General tune, Means
I have an 11 T/G with about 30 thousand miles and all I do is Change oil [3 holes] with Synthetic, And adjust the clutch... Still have the original plugs..
I guess I'm in a small group that are happy with their stock Harley [both of them], I guess I'm like rhino, both of mine are stock, I drive them and all I do is change the fluids and adjust the clutch, they have plenty of power and will cruise with any of them.
I get the feeling that if some here were to buy a new 2015 Corvette Z51 2lt the 1st. thing they would want to do is an exhaust mod, adj. the tuning map, a TTS, a power vision, and put bigger tires on the rear, and turn the ones on the front around backwards and change the air filter, all these things to give their. Vett. more power then all the others out there :qpnmt:.
You cannot compete with the Harley engineers, why make all these after market people rich ? just makes since to me to save all that money for more important things in life, like beer and wild women.
But!..I'm for what ever makes everyone happy.
The problem is, Harley engineers have to work within the confines of EPA requirements. The best tune for a cooler and much stronger running motor is not the factory tune and who doesn't want to run cooler and have a bike that is running to its full potential. I had an '04 Dodge Dually 5.9 Cummings HO that I thought ran pretty strong, until I installed a tuner. Not only did it run like a scalded dog, it got better fuel economy and pulled much stronger. A good tune will wake up any motor and put a big grin on your face.

Thats why we live in a democratic society so we can get what makes us happy for the most part. As long as what I do doesn't effect you great. The aftermarket keeps alot of people in business.
Bigger is better, remember? That's what sells so that's what they build.
:Agree:I wouldn't be surprised to see a 120" engine in the CVO line for 2016 and maybe the 110 being offered in the other touring bikes. The aftermarket is alive and well, the S&S T143 twin cam looks to be a real beast http://www.sscycle.com/go-fast-showcase/motorcycle-engines/t143-motorcycle-engine/.

162 HP...that is a beast!
If they do go that big do you think they will have to go to a real liquid cooled eng. and with a larger radiator, and do away with the small ones in the lowers ?
If they do I guess that will leave Indian with the only air cooled M/C made in the US [larger bikes], and as new as they are I doubt if their ready to change from their 111 ci. Yet.... Don't know ?
I did hear rumors (you know how that goes!!) that the MOCO is working on a de-tuned/streetable 120 with better street manners. However, was not a very credible source - i.e. local HD Technician!!
Since I dumbed down the cams in my 120r crate motor to make it have better street manners, I really like the change.

M3... I was told the same thing at the HD Dealer the other day. They think it will show up in Trikes and CVO Ultras.. A 120 with the 259E... You could pull a 4 bottom plow with that.
