Comms issue

I recently purchased a 2022 Harley Tri Glide and I can't get the comms to work between me and the passenger. The headset icon on the boom screen is greyed out. What do I need to do to get comms between me and my passenger?

Try this - go to your setting and look for the comm. Turn the vol up

About the headset being greyed out - did you turn the intercom on?

What do you mean when you say you can't get to the communication screen? Does the system boot up?
