Has anyone installed the chrome ring of fire rotor cover on an 08 goldwing. If so would like to hear how you came out if you did it yourself. Any tips will most definetly be welcomed . Thanks in advance

DITTO Blondie Gal... That is if you are installing their rotor covers.

I have HONDA Rotor covers with Kuryakyn's Ring of Fire. They both came with very good instructions as I recall so if you are confident enough to think about doing it then I bet you will do just fine...

+1 one on the Kury PDF download. I'd suggest you make a template out of cardboard and stick the bolts into them when removing the screws as they have different sizes and shoulder depths on them and wont go back on right unless you get the correct bolts back into the correct holes. Also make sure and go easy on them and get them straight so you don't cross thread or strip them. The GL1800s myriad of unique fasteners are notorious for causing "colorful language" to spontaneously fly from one's mouth. :censored:

Steelman, I have an 08 GW Trike and it was a piece of cake to install the ring of fire on the front wheel. As others have said, they come with very good instructions. It took about 1/2 hour to do mine. But make sure that you tourque the front end bolts down again to the recommended amount. Good Luck...
