I got fooled coming home early this morning for the 40 mi ride at 3 a.m. Was looking for predicted temps in mid to upper 40's but got 33 to 37 degs instead. Whoops, wrong jacket and gloves... (correct one's at home) Burrrr... Must have been an early "trick or treat". :Shrug: I got treated all right - gave new meaning to the term "chill out". :laugh:

Morning all. Windy and rainy today. Trike being held hostage at HD, like usual. At least I had M/C freshly inspected and back on road to use during week. Plenty of duct tape to hold shattered tour pack together. Trying to find aftermarket one for this '04 Electraglide. Flying off to Minniapolis next week. I see there was some snow up that way.

Andrew - same here with the weather - got rained out all day today, hoping for a better day tomorrow. I must have have missed out on the tour pack "story" - hope you keep it together until replacement arrives.

This is the bike I had the big accident on last year. Tour pack demolished. Bars around saddlebag crushed. Saddlebag sections now glued together. Mirror broken and tabs on front crash bar bent. Took that off at work and put it in a vise to visually straighten it out. Remember? You saw me right after accident in Aug 2013. At NETT rally.

It's 44* and windy in Bloomsbury, at the TA, here on 78. Just sitting, laundry and such, will bobtail back to Muhlenburg Hosp., in Bethlehem, Pa., and unload in the morning with three other trucks. Trying out the new combo rice cooker, steamer, and slow cooker with a pot roast. It's not grilling, but on a chilly day like today, it will make the truck smell good, and taste good too!!

Leo, take it easy and get better soon. It is a good day to be in, with all that wind! Janice says Bangor is getting 12" of snow today! WOW!
It was spitting snow here for a while, but it all passed, so, so far no snow on the ground. Very eerie fall here in NH, would you believe we have not gotten a killer frost yet?! Need to bring in my bulbs, killer frost or not, they are coming in next week!

Hey BD. One of my regular stops. I usually get gas across the street at the Pilot station before I hit PA. Just there week before last.
As far as frost. Watch on for tonight. May need my new chaps in morning.

Snowmen in NC and Tenn. snowed in Foxboro ,Mass. Very windy here 40 MPH. Leafs are gone.
