Leo, where your ears ringing? I was thinking of you this weekend, Janice went for her lobster roll fix at Red's in Wiscasset, Maine. They put about 1 lb. of lobster in it. Martha Steward says it is the best. I tell you what, their beer battered onion rings aren't too shabby either.
Anybody in the area, give me a jingle and we will take a scenic ride up.
Hope everybody in TT Land has a great day!

95n is a parking lot in Stafford, Va.!
What a coincidence. The Sam Houston Pkwy was a parking lot in Stafford, TX this morning when I left for Lufkin. Rained the whole way. Don't worry, TX. I sent extra rain back to NY that I didn't need anymore here.

Getting ready to head out to New River Gorge, WV should be there in about 8 hours. Hopefully Kwputt will be able to find his way there too and have the beer cold when I get there! Roads are wet and looks cloudy, but nothing showing up on the radar.

Leo he & Sherry have a 430 mile ride, we have about 200 if we take the scenic route. Since he got me up before 5 I'm going to set his beverage out in the sun when we get there.:pepper:

Mornin everyone,,,. :Coffee:

Took my trike to work today. Real nice in the early morning at 69 degrees. I'll bring her back home for lunch and then take my car back as it's gonna be in the high 80's this afternoon. Just can't take that heat! :AGGHH:

Good morning everyone. Rich, high 80s? Come to south Alabama and you'll appreciate 80's. ;) Looking like rain today, hope it holds off, I have some caulking and painting to do on the house and then some work on Claudia's new to her Mazda Miata. She's SO excited to get that little car, its a real nice one owner, automatic, black with a tan top.

Randy,

I guess if it was low humidity, I could deal with the hot weather easier. It's muggy as hell here today! :(

All my life, I never could deal with the heat. I was just outside now and to me, it's awful! I was kidding one of my co-workes to put the big industrial fan on the back of his pickup truck with ice in front of it and I'll follow him close behind when I bring my trike back home for lunch, LOL. I'll always be a cold weather rider! :Santa:

And I'm sure your wife will love that Miata. ;) I almost bought one but I found a pristine Honda DelSol and couldn't pass it up. Love those little sport cars! ThumbUp

Zook, Been busy scraping, caulking and painting our house as well. Will be glad when it's finished, so I can focus on riding. Miata sounds nice!

Its an automatic, Claudia (our daughter) hasn't learned to drive a stick shift yet so I felt better about having her in an automatic, but they are very hard to come by in the earlier models. Lucked up finding this one in such good shape. The original owner was a lady who treated the car well since new and had just replaced the top, tires, carpet, brakes and tuned it up. The freon has a slow leak, but the A/C works good with a charge. Claudia is super excited to get her hands on it.

Morning Ya'll! Glad to hear about Claudia's "new" car. Somehow good or bad you never forget your first.

"TRUE".....for me a '57 Chevy Bel-Aire 2dr HT, Corvette Yellow, Built 327 w/3 2bbl, 4-speed Muncie, 4:11 Posi-Trac Rear, Keystone Mags, Roll-n-Pleat w/ Bucket Seats, etc., etc., etc. .......;)...ThumbUp
