Hey Bozo, put some of that heat in your pocket and bring it to the Northeast, we need it! LOL
We are at least two weeks behind in the flower department, than Illinois. When we were there, the chestnut trees were in full bloom, well our chestnut trees are just coming on.
If this cool weather keeps on, we may not have a good apple harvest this year. My cousin's apple trees are low on buds, so he says there will not be as many apples this year. There goes our apple pies!
Blondie Gal, send us some of that heat North, please.

Ah.....given a Gift Certificate for O'Charleys......guess I know where the VTX1800 and Phantom 750 will be heading after work...;)...20 mile "straight shot" there, then maybe the "74 Mile Mountain Fun Route" home.....WOO-HOO.....ThumbUp

Seems like an exchange of hostages is called for. Rosy has cold and rain, BG has hot and dry.
That, or we need a monster tornado to mix it all up and average it out (that sounded better in my head before I typed it).:qpnmt:

Patient...patient...we are ready to kill someone to get warm weather here in New England...it is almost June and a few daffodils are still looking pretty...that's not right! Trees are not fully developed yet, and some just have buds with a few leafs....
Bozo, no storm, just pocket some warmth and bring it with you. I tell you what, bring some Texas dust for Leo's trike, that might help! LOL
BG, you know you are more than welcome here in the East when Texas becomes unbearable! You can spend time with me, and I am sure Cheri would love to see you! Big hugs from us!

Good morning folks! Showers and thunderstorms the next few days... :( Will try to get some paint scraping done. Bermuda cruise coming! :clapping:
Leo, when you get to Bermuda, see if they still have a problem with chickens. Last time we were there, the tour guide told us they were having and real bad time with wild chickens. They got loose from the last hurricane they had now they can't control the population of the chickens. As a matter of fact, the government hired people to get rid of as many chickens as they could take.
I couldn't believe how narrow the passage is through the reef going into Bermuda.
Have a great time!

Calling for Thunderstorms, Rain, and High Winds this afternoon, so the GREEN VTX 1800 got parked in favor of the RED FORZA 300.....ThumbUp

Hmmm... Love chicken! :Turkey: Seems wild chickens can be found in many tropical places. Key West, Caribbean islands, Hawaii, etc. have lots of chickens roaming around. Attaching picture of chickens in Key West. Looking forward to spending some vacation time with Jeannette. Thanks!

Reading about all that chicken, so kerrnel kluck we went , now the candle has burned low, time for a pillow fight ...... :vxtyaq: :vxtyaq: Good night Mrs. Calabash, where ever you may be :vxtyaq: :vxtyaq:

Leo, rain hard last night, missed my golf league night yesterday, hurray for that! BUT, we are playing again today and it doesn't look nice our there. We will see what happens.
Chickens are not welcomed in Bermuda, that's what the tour guide said. I do like the idea each house has a water purifying roof and a sistern in the cellar to catch the rain water for use in the house. Neat!
