First ride of the season - FINALLY!! ThumbUp Nice ride along one of my favorites roads, and notice a sign for Moose - next 19 miles. Don't remember ever seeing the sign before, but whatever. About 1 1/2 miles down the road, sure enough - a moose off to the side of the road!! Definitely a bit tense on the way back...

Rosy, I'm always on the lookout for the deer, turkeys, and turtles, and after my near miss I even watch out for black bears. Now I guess I need to be careful of possible moose too! It wasn't too big, so it was a probably a young one, but that only means that the "parents" are around somewhere. Glad I didn't see them!!

Sherri .....WE Were up in that neighborhood on Sunday. got into Pittsfield. Didn't see Moose signs. Lot of stories For Friday night at the NE TT Rally.

LOL! Well, looks like my solo trike ride to Colorado is evolving into something bigger. Felt bad that I left Jeannette behind on my Texas trike ride. Current thinking is that we fly to Vegas, rent car, ride to Colorado to visit folks at motorcycle ride-in, visit National Parks, visit daughter in LA, spend time in Vegas and fly home. Trike rental not available and cost prohibitive. Lots to work out!
