Right OB, we have thousands of shipyard workers out because of the shut down here in NH and Maine. It really is to bad about the people who planned to get married in state parks and now they can't because of the shut down. That's really sad!

Rosy, why would state parks be closed? National parks are the ones not funded due to severe incompetence in DC.
Off for a ride to doc today to hopefully get cleared for travel. My office has already scheduled me for OK and TX for next 2 weeks.

I read in the newspaper about one couple planning to get married at the Grand Canyon for over a year and now it is closed. Yosemite, Gateway Arch, all national parks, and the Liberty Statue closed.

Trip to emergency room with my Mom......4 hrs later we are home. Hip is still in place, although we did have a scare. I made home to time to get ready to go for my birthday dinner.

Good Friday morning ThumbUp Looks like another day full of rain here . I've been up since 4:30 am. Guess I had enough sleep on the couch before bed last night . So I went out into the garage and put things away where they belong. Had the radio on but low. Didn't want to wake up my wife or Ozzie. At 6 am. My wife poked her her head in and asked if I were crazy ! :Shrug: ha ha ha. Nope just out here messing around. Putting things back where they belong. She then said coffee is ready......Cool Thanks. Going to meet up with some work friends for lunch today around 11:30 am. Hope the weather gets better before Sunday. I'd like to take a ride this weekend. Looks like a beautiful day here in Eastern PA. Filed for un-employment this morning, looks like it may be a while before the government re-opens. Gonna make some shelving over my desk and finish nailing the roof trusses on the patio roof. Should have plenty of time to take a ride too!!!! Whew, I think I would sooner be at work.

Chilly here in Minn also. Temp right now is 54 & breezy with over cast . Not nice out at all for anything! Just west of us. Sturgis S.D. is getting ****. Guess they have around 8 inches in and around that area. Just two months ago it was Hotter then hell there . Guess what ever I have to do outside today will involve the car

Morning everyone! Back yesterday from a trip to Maggie Valley.Had a real good time except I discovered my camera was broke:gah: Anyone intrested looks like the 19th will be about prefect for leaf peepers.Brought back some good memories.RIDE SAFE

Leo-skuuter, here is a picture of the lobster roll from Red's! It is worth the day trip up there. Janice loves their lobster rolls. She says they are the best!
