Healthy eating Today.....I ate the two Grilled Walleye I caught and Grilled Salmon Steaks for Mitzie.....Boiled Crab Legs for supper...Asparagus grilled, and Green Beans............OK, having a Miller "64" (64 calories) Beer right now......

Morning all. Not much sleep. Itching all over. Between healing itch and what s probably poison ivy itches, even the good medicine couldn't knock me out.

Bozo, you need to see a doc right away! If they put you on an antibiotic to prevent road rash infection, you are probably allergic to it. The itch will worsen if that is the case and the allergy will worsen too. Can be serious!
