Morning all. Supposed to rain here later this morning. At least we got our riding in yesterday. To a country music fest. Nice time hanging out there. Even a really good Johnny Cash tribute band.

It's a beautiful day here. We did chores all morning, but want to take advantage of this weather. I don't have a trike yet, so we are heading off to go shoot some targets.... Can't waste the day

Hey BB - the country music thing sounds good. Is it every year? I could put it on next years calendar - where is/was it held? Too bad I didn't know about it - I'll have to put you in charge of my "Country Music Schedule" :laugh: Oh well...

If you're ever in central Jersey on a Sat nite, check out the Albert Music Hall, just off Rt 9 in Waretown ( HERE ). Admission is modest ($5 ?) and it's always a good time. Besides the general info, click on "Saturday Night Schedule" and "Special Events" in upper left side of the home page.

Good afternoon everyone. Cold rainy day here. My headache hurts. Darn bad weather makes my spinal fluids go wacky so here we go again. Heating pads and caffeine, down for the day. Hope everyone else has a better day.

Loving this weather! We invited our daughter, son-in-law, and their kids to join us at the shooting range. What fun! My paper man is very dead with no face and no heart left. Of course the .22 and .38 got lots of turns, but the big adventure was firing the Mossberg 500 for my first time. Kinda took the heart out of the target by itself! I even got a turn with my daughter's AK47 that is actually a .22.

It was a stage for lots of different acts. Located on a farm out in Riverhead, LI, NY. About 80 miles west of NYC. We saw 3 acts. Six gun, South Bound (they opened for Charlie Daniels a year or so ago) and Walk The Line. Monster truck ride and other fair type rides. We couldn't stay any later. It is a 2 day event. The missus saw it advertised. Only $10. We stayed for 4 hrs. Also floor set up for line dancing. Dianne snuck off to do that without her walker and took one spill. Then I held her hand while she continued.pepper
