Checkin In.. 88 degrees in the Peach State.. Sunny at the moment. Suppose to be a purdy good week-end.

Y'all be safe

Yes, I have been there and watched ladies try on shoes, that's when I take out my game-boy and get lost in Angry Birds, Bejeweled, or solitary for a couple of hours.....LOL
No Americade this year. Janice's back is getting better, but not ready for a long ride. Maybe riding for an hour, but not for 5 hours to get to Lake George.
I must say, I am guilty of over packing when we head out also. That's why we fly Southwest, no fees for two bags! Same when we go on the trike, going for two days, pack for a week. Hey, you never know when you will need it, so pack it and make sure you have it!
We were never like that when we were younger. I remember going to the Aspencade for a week and all we had was the saddlebags on the Goldwing. Same thing for doing Montreal, Quebec, or the Cabot Trail, I guess the older we get, the more "stuff" you need to take.
Glad you had a good time at the Americade and for those who are still there, please be careful and try to stay dry.

Regards,

Good morning again! Madbury parade today at noon, but Andrea is here so no trike in the parade this year. We are to have 3-4 inches of rain in NH. We are just like the Americade, rain.
Hope Y'all have a great weekend.

Rosy, gook luck with the rain. It's stopped here now - can't seem to find our total for yesterday, but late in the day it was up to 3.1" and still coming down "good" at that time. Had to be around 4" total. Great for the grass, but a real bummer when on "vacation"...

Stay dry, ThumbUp

Purdy day here in the Peach State. STILL 88 degrees and sunny. Went to b'fast with my hunny bunny, then she WON 2nd place with her Day Lily at the local festival. me? I went for a ride with my "gang" and wound up at:

Welcome mighty fine BBQ.

then more back roads .. Stop off at the local HD , bought some chrome.

Now home, making an Italian Cream Cake. I was challenged by my sister-in-law but I think I was more snookered.. :)

Hope y'all are having a Super Saturday.

Congrats to Doris on her win, Tony!!!! And to you also -- I'm sure the cream cake was award worthy too :D.

It's a beautiful day here too. Lots of motorcyclists are out and about.

No parade today on the trike. Oh well, next year! We went to a church supper and home made desserts. I had cherry pie and Janice had strawberry/rhubarb pie, yum-yum!
Yes, the grass is green and needs to be mowed. Right now mow once a week so the lawn doesn't turn into a hay field.
The local farmers took in their first hay crop this week, so growing season is in full swing. Local veggies are also being sold in the area by local farmers.
Well, hope everybody had a great day and we hope tomorrow is better for you and your family.

Rosy,
Transplanted maters into big pots today, Miracle-gro'd em, tomato-fed em, de-bugged em and plan on big ol maters by the Fourth of July. Hot and humid this week and next, good growing days. Having to mow every third day now. Wonder if grandson will do that for us next week . . .?

Bringing suitcases in from the trailer tomorrow to start packing. Bought snacks for nighttime munching, nearly ready to go. Can't wait!!! pepperpepperpepper

Hmmm, just noticed, it's "12:02", so I guess it's Good Sunday Morning TRIKE TALK/TOI Friends....almost TRIKE TALK/TOI RALLY TIME.....ThumbUp :10:

Mornin' friends :)..... Thought I'd start your day and week with a laugh this morning:

Just because someone doesn't love you the way you want them to, doesn't mean they don't love you with all they have. Ralph and Edna were both patients in a mental hospital. One day while they were walking past the hospital swimming pool, Ralph suddenly jumped into the deep end.

He sank to the bottom of the pool and stayed there.

Edna promptly jumped in to save him. She swam to the bottom and pulled him out. When the Head Nurse Director became aware of Edna's heroic act she immediately ordered her to be discharged from the hospital, as she now considered her to be mentally stable.

When she went to tell Edna the news she said, 'Edna, I have good news and bad news. The good news is you're being discharged, since you were able to rationally respond to a crisis by jumping in and saving the life of the person you love... I have concluded that your act displays sound mindedness.

The bad news is, Ralph hung himself in the bathroom with his bathrobe belt right after you saved him. I am so sorry, but he's dead.'

Edna replied, 'He didn't hang himself, I put him there to dry…
How soon can I go home?'

Happy Mental Health Day!

Morning all. Just a couple more days before I leave for rally. Might even make it by Sat night if no delays.
Time for a breakfast ride now. Hours before the missus wakes up.

Mornin - Hope this week has less things that need fixin so I can wash, wax and pack a few pair of boxers. let's see, that's six nights and seven days, only need three pair.:D
