We are going to get snow showers off and on for a week. Here in the seacoast it is going to be cloudy then snow/showers and then cloudy again. I don't see NH riders getting on the road till April. BUT, with the warm weather we will be getting, the snow in the back yard is starting to melt.

Nearly up to 60* in CenTex! (weird, cause it'll be high 80s on Monday, then back to the 50s and 60s). John is taking the trike this afternoon for tires & oil change, I got stuck with laundry! Planted some more hibiscus yesterday - pink ones and yellow; blossoms look like little girls' Easter dresses!

I will send my grandson over to help you with laundry. He is very good in taking the clothes out of the laundry basket, but you never know where he will put them. He will be 1 next month. His sister did the same thing, so it must be in the genes!
I'll give you a call when I get ready to plant my bulbs, it sounds like you are very good at it! Maybe in the April time frame.

Its actually very much improved in my opinion John. First and most importantly, this doesn't slow the site down to a crawl or cause it to crash like running the live Chat Box software did, so no more complaints about your postings there being so slow...I remember seeing those fairly frequently.
Secondly, the previous posts dont quickly disappear like before, so even if you've been away for a while its easy to keep up with folks via their previous postings.
Third, you can "quote" other's posts so even if your response is delayed, they know you are responding directly to them.... and last, pictures can now be posted along with the words, ie, Tony's "Valentine Meatloaf", gourmet meals and woodworking project pics, CCrider's funny new pics, etc and that's pretty cool.
Though not ideal, this system definitely has its advantages, the primary one being the reduction in bandwidth usage which prevents the annoying slow speed crawls. That is why you almost never see a live chat box on any large, high-traffic forum. Already had 358 posts here and almost 3000 views so it seems to be working OK.

I haven't seen anything yet Rosy unless I missed it which is entirely possible since I get a combined hundred or so emails, PMs and phone calls a day! I love this place, but yall have no idea how busy running a small business and a large forum keeps a person. :xzqxz: I'll look again..
