Just a short ride Sunday evening Archie. Need to start out easy so her leg doesn't get stiff or cramped up. Other than the bruising and tender muscles, she is doing amazingly well. She walked out to the shop and twice around the grain bins last night for her evening exercise.

Beautiful day today, tomorrow we have an unusual PGR dedication. Two men from the civil war era will be getting a dedication and memorial. I will be proud to be involved in the ceremony and learn more about these men. It's great to be involved with our military,

Oooooooo.... what a beautiful day this has been! Mike and I just came back from a couple of hour ride with a stop for a little something at Outback Steakhouse and a stroll among the bikes at Powder Keg HD's Friday bike night. Our daughter and her "Eve's Ink" crew are there every bike night as their official tattoo artists .

The owner of Powder Keg Harley Davidson just finished customizing a 2013 Triglide. It is absolutely stunning and all blinged out with custom wheels, a custom fairing, flame pin striping, blacked out pipes, and more. In addition, a number of engine upgrades were done, although I'm not exactly sure what they were.

Mike (who isn't yet seriously interested in a trike for himself) was really taken by it. He studied it, took pictures, and generally admired it thoroughly. Then he saw the price...... Suddenly all his interest in it disappeared! LOL!

Awsome photos, that price is pretty good, here in Australia a standard HD trike starts at $52,000.00

WOW, aussie! Those import taxes must be high....OUCH! You can see on the ticket that the base price of the Triglide here is right at $31,000.00. I'm sure the value of the work and bling added does run this one up to that price, but -- while stunning -- he was not ready to go that high right now! You could come over and get it though. If you do, let me know and we'll meet you there!

Good morning everyone. Mid 80s here today, beautiful day for a dedication. I was a little wrong about what war these men were involved in, it was not the civil war, it was the war of 1812. My mistake. I wasn't there for either one so I couldn't tell you. But I do get the honor of being involved in the dedication today, so I am going to dress up the trike and shine her up nice and pretty. BTW, that is a beautiful trike even if the price is a little hard to swallow. It should last you a long time.

I am not getting that one, Bustedwing. I do think it is stunning, but I can't imagine myself with a black bike or with a big touring bike. Mine will be a fatboy trike in candy orange
