71'F and lite drizzle. Just dropped the truck off for some work. Guess the wife will be wearing rain gear when I take her out to physical therapy in a little while. At least its not the Miami heat I had most of week. And at more least, we aren't at my sis-in-laws in Vegas (120'F expected).

The missus lucked out. The sky cleared, so no rain gear for her. Just nice riding. Shame they will have truck until Monday. Guess we will have to ride all weekend.

Hot here too Nancy - 74 overcast and a few sprinkles around. Kids were watching after there mom while I got a 120 trike ride. Finished an inspection for a disabled Nam Vet. He now has a fully accessible bathroom with a roll in shower. Nice to see the smile on his face.

My first ride on a motorcycle since the accident --- on the back of Mike's Street Glide, about an hour loop ride with a stop at the half-way point for a yummy scoop of Ritter's Frozen Custard. Delightful!

Blondie Gal, a cool 82 and clear skies. Hey, you should have pointed your steeds North, not West and you would be enjoying a cool tea or water on the farmers porch, with Janice watching the hanging flowers whirl in the wind as a nice cool breeze comes from the woods in the back!
Just came back from the Maine Diner. We had Yankee pot roast, mashed potatoes, green beans, and home made corn muffin. For dessert I had grape nut pudding heated with whip cream and Janice had Indian pudding with vanilla ice cream. Wish you were here!

Temps 'only' in the mid-90s next week! Yay!! Still 103* at 6:30,and John is out there mowing the yard. Yes, it needed it, but MERCY!

That's why they make Doggie Bags, we use then a lot! As they say, "Come on up" and enjoy the Yankee way!
Looks like the temperatures are going to break next week, good. Alaska was 94, that's not right! Death Valley was 130 and small planes had to watch lift offs because of the hot weather provide less lift.
Nana's ride is going to be fabulous when she gets it ready!
