Being a retired fulltime firefighter, we cooked our meals at the station. Some guys had specialties that we would request that they would cook. My former boss had a "speciality" that he "thought" everyone liked: His meat loaf consisted of taking a 1 lb. block of Velveta cheese, covering it with the cheapest hamburger and putting it in the loaf pan. You knew when it was done by looking at it in the oven window, it was floating in orange oil about 3 inches deep!!! MMMMM, heart smart!!!
 
Ummy. And what do u pour that over. Sounds like a new SOS to me
Started raining here at 3:00am. Still pouring. We need the rain has not rained in 2 weeks. Well sprinkle and cloud bursts do not count. I just topped off the pool and now it is overflowing.

I just took the dog out and there is sunshine to the north of the house and nothing but black skies and thunder to the south. I'm thinkin' the storm will be down-pouring momentarily!
 
Just checking in. We are on the ferry, docked at Juneua getting fuel to continue our journey to Whittier. I would rather be riding the trikes.. Being on water does not agree with me. :xzqxz:
 
Hazy, hot and humid here in the Houston area. Working away without A/C. Must be making up for that 1400 miles paid riding I did last week. Got abused by Canadian female customs agent last week. This week, the female guards at the refinery I have been working at were none to happy with me, my 'stache, and my lack of THEIR site specific papers.
Charmer that I am, it's a wonder no women have shot me lately.
 
This is what happens when I finish work early and try and do paperwork in hotel. I would suck at tele-commuting. too many distractions.

Mornin' y'all! After the stormy skies yesterday it is an amazing, fresh-feeling 62º this morning! YAY!!!
 
Good Morning Kids and Kidlettes.. 74 in the Peach State.. New harvest of fresh grown peaches has arrived.. now for some cobbler, ice cream, peaches and cream. peach pie... Sound like Bubba Gump and his shrimp :)...
