Champion 2008 Conversion Rear Brakes

Can someone help me the recommended DOT brake fluid for rear brakes?

Depends on the bike and what type of brake fluid is in the system. You don't want to mix brake fluid types, especially silicone based fluid.

Looks like your bike is a 2007, so it should be DOT4.
