Hey gang....sure enough I've misplaced the 4 hex nuts to re-install my carburetor onto the plate !!! I've had tried 8mm two different threads, and a 10mm with a couple of different threads...HELP !! Does anyone KNOW exactly what is needed ?? The 8mm I have will take a couple of turns but then not want to really go any further, so I am NOT pushing. Thanks SO much.

If the plate is after market the nuts could be American If it is VW it should be metric.

Maybe get a couple of different threads from Lowes of both American and metric and you might hit on correct size.

Thanks for the nutty advice guys !! LOL I'm so frustrated...I've tried both American AND metric ...different threads...I think I may have to look online for unusual threads. Maybe I can try to find a contact at Weber ?? AARGH~~

Here it is !!!
