Car tire on an 84 Aspencade

I have a 1984 Aspencade with a trike kit (Still have drive wheel) I am keeping it on permently and was wondering if there is car tire that would fit on my rim? My tire size is 150/90 15........

I've got a 87 Suzuki Cavalcade, set up the same way. Put a car tire on several years ago on the drive tire, and love it. The only problem was the mounting, its not for the faint of heart. Took quite a bit of pressure to seat the bead on each side. There is a website called riding the darkside or going to the darkside, I forget. They will tell you what size car tire will fit your rim.
