Finally got'er done! Today was final buff out & assmebly. Pix in my album. What's not shown is me building the bumper & stripping everything back off & starting from scratch with the paint a second time. For some reason, the red wouldn't dry. Even after 3 days it was still so soft, if we touched it it left a mark in the paint. Got a batch custom matched from local paint supplier that worked & was cheaper than the Harley paint that didn't work. Can't wait to see it in daylight!! Pest be happy triker copilot!!

Great pictures and just in time for a great weekend of riding. What a terrific looking ride!

That paint no doubt caused some headache and frustration, NM, but she came out beautiful in the end!!!!! Congratulations :D

Fantastic! Brings back memories as to how I felt when the colour was finally laid on my build. Had a look at the album, looks great... Now you can enjoy your 'new baby'

First thing I did when I got her home last night was post the pix & message. Had no sooner gotten that done & it started raining. We were supposed to go to Bullhead City, AZ for lunch today -- they're getting hammered with rain & flooding. Kingman, AZ is supposed to get 6 - 12" of snow today. For some reason they canceled the ride. It's raining here now & might get nasty. Wind warnings for tomorrow & more rain Tues or Wed. Looks like 'Pest is gonna have to wait a while to be "stylin'!" :( However -- spozeta be in the 70s next weekend with NO rain!! :) Already have 1200 miles on her, so most of the bugs are taken care of.

Just have to carpet the trunk & she's completely done. Can do that while the weather's nasty & be ready to run when it gets nice toward end of week. Sure is nice to be done with the paint & assembly. Compared to the paint, the actual conversion was a snap!! She DOES look GOOD in the daylight, such as it is today! Thanks for all the complements!

The rain here is nice and we desperately need it but I sure would like to be ridin' right now. Instead I took the cage to the corner 7-11 for some sodas and when I came back I noticed there was not a drop of rain on the trike. Sure she sits under the carport in the driveway, but only a small portion of it has that wavy plastic stuff on it for shade. Wouldn't you know it, ol' Naug has it figured out almost to the inch where to park her. Wonder if he is going to dangle one of those tennis balls from the awning so he won't have to think about parking her just right. Ahhhh ... the comforts of trikedom!

'Pest got that forecast for Kingman off a bit. 6" at 5,000 elevation, 3" at 4,500'. Kingman itself is 3,600', so will probably not get any white stuff in town.

Billy is our black long haired out door cat that made the bike his personal throne from day one. Well last night, after Naug parked himself on the couch and *I* took out the trash, I saw Billy walking around and around the trike while meowing almost non stop. It was like he was saying ... "Good job my loyal subjects. A fine throne for the King." I swear, sometimes I think I am Dr. Doolittle, Jr. :yay:
