Bolt Size ?

I should not be having such a hard time here -- but does anyone know the correct bolt size ---- for holding the Harley Tri-Glide Ultra Seat down. Thanks..

Maybe I'm lucky...

I have no problem with that little un-seeable bolt/Phillips head bolt. I used a small piece of Milk jug I used an about one inch square cut a X in the center and trapped the bolt in between it and mount strap. A long shank Phillips screw driver works great same piece of plastic has been there since 2013 when I read about using it on this forum then. If you position the seat properly it is a simple operation. just sayin... :Shrug: good luck wrench safe Fred

Thats what i did on my 11 T/G.......For the very few times i had the seat off it worked well... And IMO if i made it too easy to remove the seat.....I might have found the seat missing when i parked at the Great Unwashed Parking lot...AKA Walmart...:D

that is true most don't know how to remove it anyways
