A might hard to reach on the tour pack?

Going to try some Yeti insulated cups and see how they work out.

My Wife users these Yuppie looking bottles called ''Swell'' She can leave them in the cup holder of her SUV for hours and the contents [Water] stay cold in 90% heat...But i won't use them or let her know i like them, Because like i say their Yuppie looking.....;)
Now if they made them in Camo and in a more manly shape then i might get one for my self..

Ma and I take frozen water with us all the time in Florida and it lasts quite a while in insulated containers. The set-up I got for her is larger in diameter than mine (wish I could remember where I got it) and allows her to carry a bottle that stays cold longer than mine, and mine is just a beer coozy.

My son-in-law owns a small gun shop called Little Outdoors. His shop handles Yeti. He gave a cup to my wife, she filled it half full of ice, added water, we rode for 4 hours in mid 90° temperature, parked the trike in the garage and 12 hours later there was still a small amount of ice left. They are very good but a little expensive. Check Little Outdoors on line.

I use a CONTIGO Sheffield insulated auto-spout SS water bottle in a cheap bicycle water bottle cage mounted to my left side cover. I can reach it while stopped at a light to get a cool drink, or even use it while riding down the open road. And a passenger can also easily reach it mounted to either side. It is advertised to keep drinks cold (with ice)for up to 18-20 hours. I have used it on a long hot summer ride in Arizona when the air temp was between 106 and 113. Half filled with ice I usually run out of water long before the ice is melted. Once I came home after a long ride, and there was still a little ice in the bottle the next day after sitting in the garage all night. The auto spout makes it a breeze to use even with gloves.
