Back from TN ride

On the Hannigan Conversion the exhaust is modified. I decided on new mufflers for the conversion and chose S&S Grand Nationals. I decided to go back to factory header that has CAT removed.

The shop had said any mufflers would work but 4 inch was better VS 4.5. The 4.5 required a bit more work to fit.

Hannigan adds a heavy duty and rerouted extension to Header and to cross over. I was curious how that would effect the bikes Torque and HP. The way to do it appears to keep the HD scavenger exhaust design favoring the right side.

It was clear from the ride home the system was working well. I am now convinced it has more torque. While I had planned to run auto tune on it I have decide to leave it alone for now.

Seems the 22x Cam likes the extended exhaust flow. The S&S mufflers are not loud. But IMO sound good when you get a bit aggressive with the throttle.

To those that suggested the S&S, thank you they did what I wanted.

Sept 19th we will be in KY Dam not far from Hannigan. It will be a good test of how the Trike gets down the road.

The people we will be riding with like to ride a bit aggressive at times but with in limits. We will be the only Trike in the group. Pretty sure the Trike will keep up.

The M8 engine does best when exhaust is right. Get it wrong and Torque falls off.
The Woods 22X cam is a good torque cam for the 114 The tune is good . The Trike handles great on the curves .

Looking forward to the ride.
