I have searched Google, YouTube and cannot find the answers to how to install Fog Lights. Here is the Admin notes: Lights are Denali, D2. I want to use the Harley-Davidson Auxiliary push button switch that goes on the left side (I have the switch). There are a few video for the Regular Road Glides but these bikes are wired differently than the Road Glide 3, or at least I think they are. Can anyone point me in the right direction.

Oops, that may not help as it's for a Road Glide and you already mentioned the wiring is different.

I’m not a RG3 guy, but did find your previous post mentioning this issue when I was trying to research it.

All the videos I found made it sound like the 2 wheel RG’s were simple to do. Make or purchase the short 4 wire wiring harness and plug in to the connector under the front frame, connect your lights to it, then enable the Aux lights in the radio console.

On the RG3, like you said previously and from online research, it sounds like they didn’t run the main harness from the power distribution under the seat to the front of the bike.

Instead, what I think I found on Harley’s website is they make you purchase this Auxiliary Power Switch kit (with 2 switches) for $149.95. It says it fits a 2024 RG3, but I would talk to your local dealer first before ordering to confirm. I think the switch you already have is probably the single AUX switch that’s designed to work on the 2 wheel bikes with CAN bus wiring and won’t work on an RG3.

Half way down in the description under “Details” is the Installation Instructions that you can click on to open and read to give you an idea what’s involved.

I keep editing this post, but the last thing I’ll mention is the switches are limited to 2 Amps each. I noticed the Denali D2’s are rated at 1.6 Amps for the pair. You should be alright, but if you notice the switch getting hot, you’ll want to install a relay so the main power goes through it and the switch just turns the relay on & off.

You don't have a Road Glide. You have a Road King. The connector should be on the left hand side of your tank in the caddy or hanging out of it. Search for auxiliary lights on Freewheeler ( a Roadking).

If that’s what you are working with, it was covered well here:

I think this is NJTony’s thread pigfoot63 was referring to in the above link. Lots of good info between the two!

Old Road Dog, thanks for keeping me in line.
