Aux connection

Howdy,
I know there is an AUX input located on the lower right face of the model year 2012 Harman/Kardon audio system. My question is, does this system have an Aux input located on the back side of unit that would allow a more concealed wire that carries the voice prompt from my Zumo 550 GPS to the Harman/Kardon Aux output. Bottom line I'm just trying to conceal the power and especially the sound wire.

Nope. When I get up your way, I'll show you my set up. All wires are concealed and you only see a little of the aux wire. Hopefully you'll be awake by early afternoon. If you really want one in the back, Iron Cross Audio will do it for you; but you have to remove the radio.

Hi,
I don't want to remove the radio. The way you did it is it like the way I had on my '03 Ultra sound wire coming out at the base of my right side of the handlebar hole and just about 5 or 6 inches of wire shows?

Yup, you have your sound feed off your GPS tucked away so all that shows is about a 6 inch pigtail that plugs right into the sound system.

Thanks again too for the treat that came off your '08 Ultra. I'll put it to good use.
Sue and I ended up at the Olive Garden. Once again I couldn't eat it all. Set up for a great luck tomorrow or maybe a midnight snack.

I didn't have any trouble retuning the backrest parts. I'm glad I didn't paint myself into a corner. I ordered the Service Manual and the TriGlide Manual supplement. I also picked up the tour pack luggage rack and the chrome tube that wraps the tour pack lights.

Can't wait for a sunny day to come. I'll pound on the 1000 miles and get that behind before Rolling Thunder. Sue told me go for it. I agree I-81 is the way to go.
