Anyone try making little louder than stock Pipes on 1500 trike?

Champion used Basani mufflers with their conversations. Take the crossover box out and put a pipe in place and they sound nice.
Really thought mine sounds nice already. But if I decide to go a little louder after l settle in then I can make myself a stainless system

So After pipe mod, did anyone have to put a fuel processor on or did it run good still?

Is it possible to Drill the muffler and have a good sound but not too loud without messing muffler up?

Half the fun of a Goldwing trike is you can sneak up on people, blast the air horn and watch those lolly-gaggers in the parking lot scatter waiting for the 18 wheeler to pass them. All they see is an innocent trike pass them and still no truck. :ROFLMAO:
I love your Think'nnnnnnn LOL

I understand where your at. You will never get the rumble of a Harley from a Goldwing though. You can get louder. Mine sounded more like a Porsche or sport bike. More high pitched. It wasn't loud by normal definitions.

So what did you do to your pipes ?

Hopefully Papa will correct me if i'm wrong. The collector was removed and pipes run from each manifold to the mufflers supplied by the trike mfg.The mufflers were made by Basani. Post #11 is the pipes.I have a sound file but I can't figure out how to share it.

Well wish i could hear someone that maybe drilled out the mufflers
