I have just ordered a Tulsa-Extra Tall WS for my Trike. I had one before but I did not install. Is it hard to install a WS? I would appreciate any suggestions.

Hi John,

It is an 1800! Thanks for responding.

I read your opinions on how to corner and take curves. Very interesting thread. I learn a lot from it. Sometime when I have time I would like to talk to you about the mix of tires on a trike. I remember you were very confident that you have the tires figured out! My problem is that I just bought a 2003 and ir has newer tires on it. Before I change them I want to talk with you!

1. You don't have to take off the mirrors
2. When you have the mirrors pulled back, stuff some rags in the opening under the mirrors.
3. If you don't do that, when you take off the bolts take hold on the front panel, the bolts can fall down those holes and they are gone!!.
4. Once the panel is off, remove the screws that hold on the windshield and take it off.
5. Now repeat this in reverse to put new windshield back on.
Note. I have an 06 and it has 3 screws that hold on the windshield.
I believe that the Wings before that, 01-05, have 5 screws.
Kind of a short version, but it should help you.
Also, if you have a vent in the windshield, put it in the ws before you put the ws on the bike. It's easier that way.
Hope this helps and good luck.
