OK.....I have been reading as much as I can about the Harley pull-back handlebars for a 14 Triglide. I just took delivery Saturday of mine and I can see that I am reaching forward just a little too much and on a long haul it would be an issue. I had a 14 Ultra that seemed to be perfect but apparently, the seating is just enough different between the two bikes. If you have a 14 Triglide and you have changed your bars to the Harley pull-backs I would appreciate any comments. If your are using an aftermarket pull-back on the 14 Triglide I would also appreciate the comments. I have been quoted $800.00 out-the-door for the brake lines, bars and installation. Also, and equally importantly for me, If I use the Harley pull-backs and do it within the 60 day period, it would all be covered for the extended warranty period. I am 5'11 and an average reach. I haven't found anyone in my area that has done the Harley bars in order for me to compare and I hate to spend the money without that comparison. Thanks in advance.:)

Both myself, on a 2012 Tg & my girlfriend on her 2010 Tg put them on & we both feel they help with the reach in both tight corners & on high speed sweepers.
I'm 5' 11" & she's 5' 4".

Hi I put wildone bars on my trike there 14" and I have them pulled back also most all the way you got to put a new clutch cable and brake line on plus some wire add on did it all myself look great and feels great I am 5 9 hope this will help

I don't know how much they changed on the 14s, but I installed the Harley Reduced Reach bars on my 2011 for less than 300.00. That is for the bars, new grips and the SE TGS(32310-08). Did not have to change any cables or brake lines. Did have to re-route the clucth cable. That took all of five minutes.

I've had my 2"pullbacks from Harley almost from day one. one of the best things I did. My shoulders would hurt after a while. with the pullbacks no more issues with shoulder pain and you get more leverage in the curves.

Why are some $800.00 and some $300.00?
Are they the same bars? 2" pullbacks vs reduced reach?
If not which ones do I need to stop the pain between my shoulders in the back on long trips?

2012 Tri-Glide.

As I get older, I get more confused.........

I had the same problem as you before I put the Wild 1 wo577 or wo578 or wo576 you can pull them back and ride all day long I have rode 430 miles in one day before with on problem no back ache at all.

If you buy and install your self, it can be done for less than 300.00. If you have the dealer do it, it can be anything above that. Harley reduced reach bars(56176-08) will bring the bars closer to you by 2". Some people call them 2" pullbacks, but they are the same bar. That 2" does make a big difference(do not even go there.):D

I just had the batwing reduced reach bars, wire extension, hidden antenna,& fairing mirrors installed last week.Parts were 419.+150. labor.Out the door was 569.
