Name is Kevin..I'm new to trikes & haven't ridden a motorcycle since I was in highschool..more than a few decades ago(ouch). From what I can gather so far, that makes me easy to train as I haven't anything to un-learn.

Looking & learning right now. I'm leaning heavy toward a Valkyrie Interstate at the moment.

Welcome to TrikeTalk, Fishboat! You will do great with a trike . The Valkyrie certainly makes one beautiful trike and is an excellent option for you.

Kevin welcome aboard glad you joined us. Valkyrie really do make a great trike.

Thanks guys. I'm on a steep learning curve, but I/m having a good time with it. Seems to be lots of trikes available.

Anyone used the bike shipping services? Like from the east or south west to Wisconsin. Prices don't seem to be too bad compared to bringing one home myself (don't have a license yet).

I'm going to Kool Trikes tomorrow for a look and to discuss a few things. I'm leaning toward buying one that's alreay built if I can find the right combo of cost, location, miles, color, options, kit............

If anyone knows of a Valkyrie Interstate/Roadsmith that's available..let me know. I've seen a few nice ones on the web so far.

Kevin,
Welcome to Trike Talk. I sent you a Personal Message. You do not have to be a trike owner to join Trike Owners International (TOI). You can sign up on this site and the best thing is that membership is totally FREE. We are glad to have you with us.
Welcome to the Forum, Fishboat. The Valkyrie is certainly a good choice and good luck finding one. I cannot help you because I am unaware of where one is available right now but you will find one - keep up the search and enjoy the Trike Forum!
