I have a Freewheeler Trike HD. I install a new batt and now my rear left light dont work, plus when i hit the break the stop light will not work. Plus I have LED lights and they stay on in red color, it will not change color. What can it be the problem

So you do live in Jax Fl.. Good

The LED I have on the bike is Shock&Awe2.0

Yes I do, Mandarin off SanJose and 295

See my post #2, scan your trike and post what you find

If you have trouble with the scan you can stop by my house and I will show you how to do it

it sounds to me your system is in sleep mode from the disconnect and re connect of your new battery, see below on the instruction page and try a reset

Sleep mode:-To enter sleep mode, press and hold the button for approximately 3-5 seconds. The lights will flash indicating sleep mode.-Once in sleep mode, the motorcycle cannot not be found through Bluetooth; this minimizes any possible battery drain. The lightscannot be controlled through the APP in sleep mode.-A simple short press of the button will take the system out of sleep mode and be discoverable again.Factory reset: -Press and hold button for 10+ seconds, the lights will flash. -This forgets all Bluetooth settings, and system would need to be rediscovered through the APP.

ok,, i did it. what I read is as follow:

BCM: 62123 / 62124 / 62151 / 62271 Pn: 69994-128

SPDO: 61210 Pn 70900379

What year is your Freewheeler, are you sure about those codes, the 6 are B, the part number is the BCM that is showing the codes

Follow that same link and clear the codes, start your trike after you reset your light kit, see post #8

The last code is a low BCM volt code, will your trike start?

Sorry to ask,, but you mention to press down the button. My question is,, what button :(

The trigger switch on the top side of the Left Hand side switch pak, # 11

Alright, I did the sleep mode. I follow your instruction. Then I hold it for 10 sec and reset. The red light continues to flash. When I hit it again, it continues to flash.

Next: I turn on the bike and the lights on in the rear but the left rear light the turn signal is inop. Only the right rear works. When hitting the breaks, both rear lights will not work.

The LED lights still the same. Red light is steadied. Use the phone to change the color and is not working.

I turn off the bike, then the LED light can be control with the phone.

Does your LR turn signal work? If not replace the bulb, that should clear up the trike lights, except the after market LED lights. I think they have lost the communication with the app. Can you verify they have not worked right since you changed the battery?

Has this been a problem that started when you changed the battery or is it a new today problem?

Has this been a problem that started when you changed the battery or is it a new today problem? I have not seen a newer HD trike where the brake lights not working and not set a code, can you confirm the brake lights do not work with both the front brake lever and the rear brake lever?

Who did the install of your LED lights

According to what I have read, if they were professionally installed and documented they have a 3 year warranty, If you can access the power to these lights would un hook the power to them to rule out them as being the problem source and then start over with powering them up and syncing them

Yes, all started when I install the new batt.

Now, the LED works when the engine is turn off and can be control with the app as well.

But as soon I turn ignition on, the LED light turn red and cannot be control with the app or with the controller on the bike.

Now, both rear lights turn on. Is just don't work when using the foot and the hand break.

The turn signal to the right work but to the left don't work.

Maybe when I install the new batt I did a wrong connection or miss something.

Yes, that's sound like a good idea..

Probably not, it is very possible the left rear light bulb is bad or not making a clean connection in the socket, it can happen

Next time you replace the battery, or do anything electrical, pull the 50 amp main fuse, do you have an owners manual?

Yes, that's sound like a good idea..

Good place to start, I will try to stay with you and get this cleared up

Pull the LS cover off, pull the cover of the fuse box open, check your P and A fuse, if it is blown your brake lights may not light up. Keep in mind, electrical problems can be bad JUJU, especially when new lights are put on by someone other than you

Good afternoon

Sorry for not replying. I started to work on the bike last night and so far, I didn't finish. I forgot to tell you, had a left ankle surgery and walking around with this special ankle Brase. Anyway, was upset couldn't get this going so by accident I hit my leg with the lower fearing while walking around the bike. I stop took my medication for the pain and rest. Until the next day.

Today will continue and will keep you up to date. I do appreciate the advice you be given and the patient.
