Hi there again,
I have started ridding this new to me trike some and I have to say the rear drum rakes are really lacking stopping ability. They will not lock up the rear wheels at all and the front seem fine and provide most of the stopping force. I had the brake systems flushed and bled. I have the install manual and see nothing called out about the master cylinder.
Questions
1. Did Lehman add a residual check valve to the master cylinler? Because Disc masters do not have them and I believe they are need to be on drum master cylinders?
3. Anyone do a conversion from Drum to Disc on these older Lehmans?
Thanks for the help
Bill
Pic was when I was going thru the Magneti Marelli fuel system to repair leaks and clean it after years of sitting. Used Deoxit D5 on all the electrical connectors and adjusted per manual and all good so far.
