4 Wheel Slingshot

Question for all of converters/builders here. Does anyone make a kit for a slingshot to turn into a 4 wheel vehicle. I was at a traffic light today in the right lane about 12 cars back, when something went past me in center lane. just caught a glimpse of the body when it went by and from the rear it look like a Slingshot with an early Jag rear end. It had long A-arms in the rear something like an Indy Car. Wasn't able to catch it because of traffic.
