Well guys I put the DK lift kit on my 2019 TG.

While jacking it up my right side muffler pulled

apart. Any ideas how to get back together and

tightened back together? Also have the fat weld

against frame, used the second holes on lift kit.

I watched Kevin's install video but couldn't hear how

to fix the rubbing of pipe. TIA. Rich

I assume you are saying the muffler came off the head pipe.Take the two rear bolts out that hold the muffler to the rear frame section install the muffler back onto the head pipe and at this point see how sloppy it fits,it should be almost zero clearance but yet slide on.If it is sloppy you can get a pipe expander at harbor freight and in small amounts open up the head pipe until the mufflers is a better fit.Is the swingarm hitting the weld while on the jack.if so check it on the ground and have some one sit on the bike. The more weight you put on the bike the more clearance you will gain.

Thank you for the reply,

I will try that. Rich

Hey Steve, Just an update on muffler and

comfort ride. Muffler clamp was just loose

Lined it up and gave it a tap and tightened

it up. so far good to go. Comfort ride seems

to make a difference on ride and steering is

easier. Thanks again

Glad you got it sorted and are enjoying the benefits.

I'm sorry I did not see your post earlier, but Steve gave you the same input we would have. :)

Enjoy the Ride!

Kevin
