2015 TG air suspension leaks

It is on our 2 week old TG, it loses a couple of pounds every day. We've only got around 230 miles on it so far and haven't made it back to the dealership yet but I do remember reading on here somewhere that it's a common occurrence.

It is common for most Air shocks to leak alittle. Usually if you retighten the Fasteners on the air lines to the shocks and air values, the problem will go away.'
if not, try going with the Spring Loaded shock by Progressive #444. Adjust to the 3rd setting on the shock and then its- No more worries about air pressure!
just my 2 cents worth-:Coffee:

Our '09 and '11 would bleed down after a week or two. We pitched a bitch at the 1000 mile service and they were fixed. Still have to add a couple of pounds every month or so, but that is normal maintenance. The '14 and '15 haven't lost a pound since they were purchased.

Don't live with it, that is what a warranty is for.

Good Luck

Before you remove air from the shocks, It is recommended to ADD 3-5 psi to the existing pressure to prevent oil from exiting the valve..

Air Shocks leaking

My dealer said "let it break in awhile and see if the gaskets firm up"... they haven't firmed up. Its right out of the box, going back. Thanks for the input.

''WOW'', They said that?.. That's a new one! Usually they say ;

''They all do that''

During 1000 mile, service writer told me they needed to order a new fitting for the right shock, as they'd found no pressure in the system. He showed me that the air line wasn't seated and said it was due to a defective fitting. I said something like "huh", grasped the nylon line close to the fitting and pushed it in about a quarter inch further than what he thought was seated.. It locked firmly - I think I offered to bill them for a quarter hour of labor.. No leaks since then.. I'd make sure all lines are actually pushed in all the way and then bubble check with soapy water..<br />

(Gaskets???????)

PSI will vary with ambient temps, and it is inevitable for a few pounds to leak ever few weeks or so.

One trick that will work sometimes....air it all the way up...50 PSI....then let it back down to the PSI you want. Sometimes it is just a matter of tightening up the seal, then it will be good going forward.

I will try that Kevin and report back

Air Suspension Leak

Brought mine back to the dealer and told him, we are going to see a lot of each other until this is fixed. 2015 trike that runs 34k+ should be 100%. They tightened up fittings, etc., and I haven't had any trouble since.
