Although I love the Harley Davidson Brand, the HD parts can be quite expensive... I do like the high quality of the product, so the challenge first is that HD does not offer a light bar with passing lights specifically for the Freewheeler. I purchased two 2015 Road King light bars, 1 a cloned light bar for $34.95 off eBay and a 2015 HD "take off" light bar off eBay again for $50.00. I immediately found that the cheap version was not polished so the chrome process exaggerated the non polish surface and looks bad. The 2015 "take off" HD Llightbar is high quality polished chrome. I then purchase 2 Cobra brand passing lights for $120/pair. I added chromed washers and chrome acorn nuts. The stock headlight and passing lights I changed the elements to 6000k LED lights. About another $100.00.

NO MODIFICATIONS to the light bar, the bike, and installed with the already installed Freewheeler detachable windshield.

for less than $350.00 installed.

See the photos, looks fantastic!!!! They aren't wired yet, except the headlight and wow does the 6000k LED change night driving.

I purchased just the light bar and added lights, but you purchase a light bar with turn signals under the passing light, so you not use the OEMS you have now, so yes it can be done. See photo from a 2015 HD Road King and see the full light bar with turn signals ....
