2014 Hammock Seat Question

Anybody installed a H-D Hammock seat on a 2014 Tri-Glide? Curious to know if the new part number (52000126) fits with the hand rails. The P&A Catalog says it won't but when I look at the listed dimensions, and compare them to my stock seat, they are the same.

I'm still looking for another seat. Disappointed virtually all of the after-market seats move the rider back 1.5-2 inches. I'm trying to keep as much room for my BSR. H-D appears my only option.

Well since nobody responded I had to find out on my own. Ordered the 2014 Hammock Seat and the P&A Catalog is correct...it will not fit with the hand rails. So far, the BSR is not missing them, but time will tell. I think this seat is an improvement over the stock unit, but once again...time will tell.

Try the zefflin seat from harley its more money but, if fits and works

I have the hammock seat on my '11 TG. I had to remove the hand rails as per instructions. Love it.......epper: Well worth the money.

Both my buddy/I installed the Hammock seat on our 2010 Harley trikes - we did a slight modification on the foam then re-installed the
cover - GREAT fit and excellent seat!
