I just got this info. from a friend, Harley has put out a recall on 46,000 2014 and 2015 Harleys with the hyd. clutch's, seems air bubbles are getting into the clutch and causing it to stay in gear when the clutch is pulled, has caused a few injury's.
"Please check this out," I did not read this myself, this was an email from a friend of mine.

Sorry bout my subject, it was meant to be 2014 and 2015 modles with the hyd. clutch. not 2013-2014.

Here you go,

Harley Recalls Nearly 46,000 Motorcycles DETROIT (AP) -- Harley-Davidson is recalling nearly 46,000 motorcycles in the U.S. because they could stay in gear due to clutches that won't fully disengage.

The recall covers certain Electra Glide, Ultra Limited, Police Electra Glide, Street Glide, Road Glide and Road King models from the 2014 and 2015 model years.

Harley-Davidson Motor Co. said in documents that gas bubbles can cause the clutch master cylinder to lose its ability to fully disengage the clutch, especially if the bike has been parked for a long time. This could cause a rider to lose control of the motorcycle if it's started in gear.

The problem was found through customer complaints. Harley reported 27 crashes and four minor injuries.

Dealers will flush the clutch and rebuild the master cylinder. The recall was to start April 23.

Get the vehicle identification number (VIN) from your Harley and click here to see if it's subject to the recall.

I would think if it had to do with the hyd. clutch, the tri-glide would be included, don't know , I guess well see.

Regarding recall

Go to harley-davidson.com and enter your vin # under safety recalls. If your vin number comes up under a recall they list the recall . I just did this for my 2015 HD flrt freewheeler . No recall for my particular bike.

Just ran mine. If mine is included in the clutch recall it's not posted yet. It does show the brake cylinder recall that I knew about. Having that completed this coming Tuesday.
