My Freewheeler has a hard time going back into the garage. I have to use a lot of willpower to twist the throttle and force it in.Been raining since I got back from Tennessee but got a break in the clouds at lunch time and took a run up the highway to my favorite lunch spot. Spent most of the time coming back dodging traffic out of Philly headed for the shore points southbound. Fun run home, but the Free doesn't want to go back into the garage. Unfortunately I've got some work to do.

That really looks sharp set up like that. I couldn't ride my '21 Free without my Memphis Shades batwing fairing and windshield and I never had a windshield on any bike I've ever owned in 50+ years, but there's something about the position or the front end of the Free's that made it a must for me. I didn't have it for a month before I bought the fairing.Added a Sundowner Seat (for two wheeler rather than the one specifically meant for the Freewheeler) as it’s considerably wider at the back end…wife joke!
Also added right side DK Customs 1” footboard extensions…dealer is going to install left side because not even heat and a impact driver would get left side driver mount bolt out…lol.
Also… Harley sissy bar and backrest
Also DK Customs 1.5” tank lift with deuce option for rear of tank
AND …captain Itchy crotch-cooler in black leather…

That’s a great look Big I … I love the black chrome rest and rack. The Trike looks very throwback very vintage classic look that I like to think I was able to keep with my 17 Free.Added a Sundowner Seat (for two wheeler rather than the one specifically meant for the Freewheeler) as it’s considerably wider at the back end…wife joke!

Man, it took me about 10 minutes at 65-70mph to figure out a windshield was in my future …lol…on order!!!That really looks sharp set up like that. Done a few day ago. I'm very happy with the sound (not zombie baffles) and the style of TAB Performance.

I have a collection from my 05 RG. I found out the hard way about trial and error before I started running my shorter than stock but killer functioning recurve I used to only put on in the fall through spring. It's now in place permanently year round, and has been around a BIG chunk of the U.S.of A.That's the thing with windshields, you've got to buy 3 or 4 of them before you get the combo that works for you. One of the first mods on my '21 Free was a Memphis Shades fairing/windshield combo. Took me two years to get the height and forward position, windshield height and angle right. Still glad I did it.
I'm no longer a broke punk kid newbie biker that has to learn how to DIY just to stay in da wind. I've got a guy, a GENIUS, who's labor rate is less than 1/2 what dealers charge. He gets all my work that I either don't have time for, or would be a pain in the azz for me to learn how to DIY. I'm the kind of guy that moves sllooow on new stuff so I don't screw it upworser.LOL. I remember doing that when I changed mine. Everybody said, just undo the bolts and take the trunk off. Yeah, well, after taking off every bolt in the manual the best I could get was an extra inch of leeway which let me get my hands on those two back hangers.
2 days after getting my 86 Softie, I had to cross 2 steel grate bridges in the rain- intense !! I'd grabbed it from the dealer, seated the rings, and hit the road that night. Spent the weekend getting familiar with the differences between it and my 83 FX. That skinny front tire had me crapping myself on those bridges lol.Took a long way home, despite occasional rain and stopped on old Delsea Drive near the last steel grid bridge in South Jersey in the background. Rt 55 freeway, on the other side of the creek that you can't see in the pic, parallels this road which doesn't get anywhere near the traffic it used to, which is fine by me.

Ages ago I had a '59 Panhead in a rigid frame with a 21" skinny front wheel mounted to a stock HD springer frontend. Things got real interesting on those grate bridges and there used to be a bunch of them around here.2 days after getting my 86 Softie, I had to cross 2 steel grate bridges in the rain- intense !!
