Not sure what Trike and/or year you own???
But out of my 2014 Tri Glide service manual, the slip on muffler clamp torque specs is: 38-43 ft-lbs.
(These specs are the same as the touring bikes, and not shown in the actual “trike supplement).

Until the Sumbitch doesn’t move anymore then I hit it with a hammer to be sure, I reckon that’s around 45 lbs or so

Torca clamps are an ingenious idea- until they aren't. Reusing them is hit and miss. It seems that center wedge is the culprit. I never throw those clamps away.Ive made all sorts things out of them.
