Hi everyone,
Are they still in business? Does anybody here have a replacement fan part # or contact number for them if they are still around?

I see that their fans can still be bought.

Depending on what fans you have there are different part #s . I ordered two fans recently and they arrived in about a week . There was some glitch in their site when paying by credit card . You have to pay through PayPal.

That's what I don't understand. They can't be contacted through their website email or phone, but fans can still be bought. I've read on here that they are no longer in business.

I have the mighty-mites and need a fan. At this point I'd buy 2 just in case.

So I ordered a set of the Cool Master Love Jugs. After 2 weeks of nothing, I sent an email, did get a response the next day saying they are in stock and should ship shortly. Now approaching another week, I reached out again, still waiting for a response. Not impressed with their customer support. I have since learned several of their dealers had them in stock and claim same day shipping. For some reason I felt going to the source would be better.

I sure wish I would have know that before!, I had no idea! I was just contacted by love jugs telling me my order is supposed to be delivered this Saturday, but did not provide a tracking number

Update: Tony from Love-Jugs emailed me back yesterday. It took 3 weeks but hey, at least he contacted me.
