NEED HELP! 2015 Freewheeler's tail lights won't work (all others do)

Bought my FW two weeks ago from a private party. Didn't realize tail lights were not working until after I got home. Brake, turn signals and flashers work. We checked all fuses by pulling them out one at a time and all were okay. Next we changed the bulb in the left light (still no tail light). Unfortunately, the screw heads were stripped in the right lens so we will have to drill those screws out. Called my mobile mechanic and daughter getting married tomorrow so he can't think about possible problem until Monday but he did say connector likely not the problem since all other lights work. In the meantime, I wondered if anyone else has had this problem? Any comments and suggestions will be appreciated. Thanks!

welcome Dee. First are the yellow lights in the front working in the normal on position? If they are then just the rear side of the circuit is not working. If not then the whole running light circuit is not working. If your brake and turn lights are working both front and back then it more than likely is NOT a ground issue. Has there been any modifications made in the lights area. Added lights? If so that might be an area to start looking at. Hard to tell on these new trikes. They have gone to a CAN BUS electrical systems and when you mess something up line it can effect another system down the bus line. Let us know if any modes have been made. ANYTHING added could be the issue.

Hmm, the number on the HD bulb I took out is 3157K and they were out of stock at the dealership so I was told that I could buy a bulb with the same number at the auto parts store. However their number was 3157 (without the "K) and now I notice it had less filaments than the HD bulb. Also the old HD bulb did not look like it had a problem. We will test more later today.

Thanks, I will mention this to Al. We're checking everything we can. He only pulled them out and looked at them. We looked at the schematic of the fuses but it was confusing which fuse was actually the correct one. We will get to the bottom of this!
