oil filter relocation hoses

I purchased the DK Customs oil filter relocation kit with the basic hose that split (probably because it was rubbing against the frame). I have 7/16" steel reinforced oil line that I want to replace the lines with but I'm not sure what kind of clamps I should use. The original hose clamps that came with the kit can't be tightened enough. Do I need to put different fittings on?

Your best bet right now would be to give DK customs a call. Like my Old Man would always say go right to the horses mouth..They are the experts and very helpful people👍👍👍

I went to a hydraulic hose shop and had the hoses made with AN fittings on them and used AN fittings on my filter relocation kit. I also slit a larger rubber hose and put it around the hoses like a protective sleeve for the portion that was under the frame so it wouldn't rub.
