Mustang makes a backrest with longer arms .Bolts on in place of original. They even add studs if you like. I have one & the arm rests are what the old harleys were. Wife likes it much better.

I have a set of HD's. Sadly they don't fit on my 2019 TriGlide:xzqxz: Put on a set of Kuryakan with cup holders and the wife loves them.
