Brake pads--------Am I hard on 'em?

Your riding style, local road conditions and local terrain all factor into answering your question.

Are you saying the original set, :Shrug:And then two replacement sets...Total of 3 in 39k

yep.

Are you talking front or rear or both? It's a TRI GLIDE correct? What Year?

2012 Triglide, I never use the parking brake, (just leave it in gear) and I THOUGHT I was pretty easy on brakes as I watch a good ways ahead to start slowing down when there's a red light.

I replaced em early as we're taking a trip from Florida to Ohio in a few weeks. Turns out the rears were paper thin and the fronts only had about an 1/8" inch of 'shoe' left. Since we're taking US 27 north I thought it would be a good idea to change em now as there will likely be a lot of small cities on RT 27. The Lord has probably kept me out of trouble AGAIN!

I don't mean using it when you park....I Never used mine...11 T/G And 17 T/G...

It might not be disengaging all the way. How are the rotors are they grooved ?..

I have a 2013 TRI with 52k on it. I have changed mine at 10k(original HD came off) EBC on 30k and 50k EBC on. I use both front and rear braking all the time. The EBC gets twice the wear then HD. Little fading in the mountains.
