Trike Dealer

Not bought a bike here but I had a major breakdown several years ago (total engine failure) and they treated me exceptionally well. I had learned of their well respected head tech from another forum I frequented and asked that he inspect my bike. He did so within the first hour I was there and determined I would need a replacement motor. I spent several hours locating a rental truck to bring my Bushtec trailer back home with me and one of their employees drove me over 20 miles to pick it up. They helped me load the Bushtec and loaned me tie downs for it. Before I left that afternoon they had already secured approval from Harley for a new motor. When I came back several weeks later (I had another bike at the time and took it on a road trip) my bike with the new motor was just perfect. I couldn't find a single thing wrong or out of kilter.

If I was anywhere near the Kansas City area I would check them our for sure. Great dealership imo.

They own Gateway Harley Davidson here in STL also & the dealership does a lot for the biker community & Veterans. They treated me well on accessory prices & I gave them some business. They also do a $39.95 oil/filter change service every Sunday & it's very popular.

I have said it before, I am very lucky, having several HD dealerships (5) is a 35 mile radius.

Was not aware of that. In any case Gail is a great dealer - one of the few female dealers - and she is a rider extraordinaire. Good dealerships don't just happen. They are made great by the owner and managers.
