Does anyone know if FLRT fork tubes are unique vs other HD models?

I am looking for fork tubes and having trouble. There is a belief that the trikes have a "different" tube configuration but I do not know what it might be. Length is obvious, but other machining characteristics are thought to be different as well.... a lil' help please.

Also, does anyone know what the stock length of an FLRT fork tube is? (Good trivia question:clapping:)

I have all the fork innards left from the Progressive Monotube conversion, let me know what to look for, measure or photograph and I'll get it for you.

Thanks Dan,

I am actually looking for the actual tube details and advice on whether std FL tubes are machined the same as FLRT tubes. The Aftermarket 49MM tubes that I have come across say that familiar "HD Touring except trike models". So I am seeking to understand why. My first guess is length variation. But there may be "stuff" that the engineers at the MoCo did that may or may not add value or performance, but did anyway to differentiate the trike tubes from the rest of the touring lineup

I get it Jeff, you want specs on the outer tubes not the inner spacers, springs, etc.....right?

I just went out in the shop to get the box of inner things and unfortunately can't find it....anywhere!

It's there, I know it is, and will find it if there's something you need.....sorry!

Thanks. Yes, I am looking for total fork tube length and anything "special" about 49MM HD tubes for FLRT trikes vs other FL bi-wheeled touring tubes
